Email us, then one phone call. You describe your services, prices, service area, hours, and which calls always come to you. We build the agent to that spec and hook it up through a secure, guided access setup with no screen-share calls. No software to learn.
What do callers hear?
Your prices and a booked time, in your business name. It also handles "what time are you coming?" and reschedules. It quotes only from your price sheet.
Will it make up a price?
No. It never makes up a price or promises a time you did not approve. If it is not on your sheet, it comes to you.
What if the call is unusual?
Anything tricky comes straight to you. You tell us which calls always come to you. A mold question, a whole building, something off your sheet: it texts you the name, number and details, or live-transfers if you set it up that way.
